The Whole Family Joins the Celebrations
A truly special event: on October 2nd, the GVS Group celebrated its 50th anniversary with around 300 guests at the Hotel Esperanto in Fulda. It was an evening defined by networking, mutual respect, and pleasant conversation; above all, it was an evening that highlighted what sets GVS apart in our industry: a shared spirit, solid partnerships, and long-standing collaborations.
It was a great pleasure for a delegation from the DHYS Group to celebrate this anniversary alongside our key partner.
Our President, Philippe Scemama, and our Managing Director, Matthias Ikas, offered their warmest congratulations—celebrating the enduring partnership and deep friendship built over the years—by presenting a commemorative plaque to Jan Butze and Bernd Faber.
Trust, solidarity, and strong collaboration are essential, especially in times of change and when facing the challenges of today’s world.
Guests included representatives from GVS partner companies, colleagues from headquarters, and key suppliers from the care and cleaning sectors serving both GVS and DHYS.
Together, we looked back on five decades, celebrated GVS’s achievements, and looked toward the future with confidence.
Fifty years marks a significant milestone, but above all, it is the result of the dedication of the many people who have shared this journey.
