DHYS Group expands with new member TCA
to Australia
The DHYS Group continues its international expansion by welcoming TCA Supply Pty Ltd (TCA) as a new member. TCA represents a major milestone for the organization. For the first time, the DHYS Group is extending its membership beyond Europe and building a truly global network.
TCA is an Australasian network of independent specialists in cleaning, hygiene, packaging and hospitality supplies. Founded in 2020 by six members, TCA has since grown to 31 members across Australia and New Zealand. The network combines nationwide coverage with local expertise and personalized service. Its broad portfolio includes cleaning chemicals, machinery, paper products, hand hygiene solutions and other professional supplies for a wide range of industries.
The partnership reflects the DHYS Group’s ambition to connect like-minded businesses across international markets. As the Group is already represented in almost every European country, identifying suitable partners beyond Europe has become a natural next step in its development.
For the DHYS Group, finding the right partners means more than simply expanding its geographical reach. A shared entrepreneurial spirit, family-business values and a strong commitment to cooperation remain essential requirements for membership.
“Our founding idea was to bring family-owned businesses together so that we can achieve more as a group and be better prepared for the future. It is encouraging to see that this philosophy is also shared by partners on other continents,”
explains Philippe Scemama, President of the DHYS Group.
“One of the things that attracted us to DHYS was how closely its values align with our own. Both organisations understand the strength of independent businesses working together, while maintaining the local relationships and entrepreneurial spirit that make them successful.
For TCA, joining DHYS is an exciting next step in our development. It gives our members and supplier partners the opportunity to build relationships internationally, share knowledge and explore new opportunities that simply wouldn’t be possible on our own. We’re very proud to be DHYS’s first member outside Europe and look forward to being part of its future,”
explains John Beach, Chairman and Managing Director of TCA Supply.
The new partnership opens up opportunities to exchange market knowledge, discover different approaches and explore potential cooperation with suppliers and product portfolios. The specific opportunities will become clearer as the partners develop their collaboration.
On 20 October 2026, the DHYS Group held its annual members’ meeting in Lisbon, attended by all members and suppliers. During the event, John Beach, Managing Director of TCA, Philippe Scemama, President of the DHYS Group, and Jan Butze, Vice President of the DHYS Group, signed the agreement. TCA will officially become a member of the DHYS Group on 1 January 2027.
With TCA joining the network, the DHYS Group takes another important step towards its long-term goal of connecting independent businesses across continents, strengthening international cooperation while preserving the values on which the Group was founded.
